Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get T-Mobile 5G Home Internet at my Florida address?
T-Mobile gates the service by tower capacity, not just signal coverage. Check at t-mobile.com/home-internet by entering your address. Even if your phone has good 5G signal there, the home internet service may show as “waitlist” due to tower capacity limits. They open new addresses every few months as towers upgrade.
Which works better during a Florida hurricane?
Spectrum cable lines get damaged by falling trees and downed poles — outages of 5–14+ days were common after Ian and Milton. Neither is a backup plan; pair with Starlink or a cellular hotspot if uptime during storms is critical.
Is the T-Mobile speed really enough for a family?
For typical home use (streaming 4K, work calls, browsing) on 3–5 devices, yes — 100–300 Mbps is plenty.
Will the T-Mobile price stay $50/month?
