Carlos is a miracle worker. I could not even get my laptop to open any longer so he could not remotely contact to it. But he came to the house put all sorts of cords and gadgets onto the computer was able to back up all my information and replace the old dead hard drive with a new faster version. I am up and running and very very pleased. Ivonne runs the office and she was attentive and thorough in setting up my appointment. I'm so happy to have found a family-owned business that is so competent, reliable and trustworthy.

There are a lot of computer repair services out there but none that I know of who work with a small business like mine and would respond to a text at 6 or 7 am ET (I'm in MT) to give me the peace of mind I need when something is wrong with the computer I use for my business. This morning was that morning when I panicked because my computer suddenly lost the ability to access wifi. He told me to get a USB wifi adapter once the stores opened and then he would be able to login remotely.
