Contractor Source

We used Costco which uses Contractor Source. I had a call within min of submitting my info. They scheduled to come out that day to provide quotes with samples. Sales Rep David Anderson was amazing. The next day I was promptly contacted by the Project Coordinator Akeina Smart who answered my questions and made sure everything was in order, once the contract was signed, I was handed off to Brianna Johnson who handled scheduling measurements and install.

I have experience with counter top installs and can't stress enough how amazing this experience was. From start to finish, my project was handled professionally and faster than expected.

I was very satisfied with the entire process, and delighted with the final product. My sales engagement was smooth and I was happy and very comfortable with both the company and my options from the start. My "template" visit was also very positive. The template gentleman was extremely friendly and made sure to know exactly what I wanted. The installers were super! What was supposed to be a two-day installation was completed in one. They took very good care of my home and my things throughout the installation process. If I didn't have new counters you would never have known they had been there! I could not ask for better quality in the product and craftsmanship by the installers. The one installer asked if I liked it. I told him I had a picture in my head, and the reality was so much better. The huge smile on his face really showed how proud he was of his work. From beginning to end, my project coordinator kept me up to date and let me know exactly what to expect and when. And most importantly, the final product is gorgeous.

We had a little misunderstanding as we were not able to personally manage our project and communication through our primary contractor failed. But once Contractor Source got to the root of things, they made things right and I sure appreciate that. They care about their excellent reputation and that’s a rare thing today. We love our new countertop! Thank you.
