I want to thank the owner Lisa Fecera and her entire staff for the wonderful experience it was having plantation shutters made to order for all of our windows. They look spectacular!!! My neighbors are all commenting how beautiful they look. The quality of the shutters are exceptional. The team installing them were courteous neat and professional. Wow just wow pretty much covers it. From the quoting process to the installation, everything was spot on. It's nice to support local vs the big box stores and to have something made in my hometown of St Pete! Thank you West Coast Shutter team for the outstanding customer service. West Coast Shutters came highly recommended by relatives and did not disappoint! ( The photos probably do not do justice to the great product they provide!). From scheduling an in-home visit to installation everything was a breeze. Office communications were prompt, friendly and via email or phone or whatever your communication preference is. Installers were wonderful and even concerned about our pets not getting out while they were busy moving in and out. Everything went as scheduled or better! Follow up instructions were provided. I would not use another company and highly recommend Lisa, Margaret and staff! Love the final product!

So happy with my new shutters! I ordered the shutters so long ago but before I could have a measurement done, a tree fell on one of the windows and I had to have new windows installed. The folks at West Coast Shutters said no problem, call us when you’ve got your new windows installed and we will come take the final measurements. Just had them installed today. They look amazing! They are so well made and look like it too. If I do any of my other windows I will go back to West Coast Shutters for sure. Professional and nice people to work with.
