I recently purchased a condo with roll down shutters and wanted them inspected to ensure they were operating correctly. Communication with the office was good and I received texts confirming appointment and notifications techs were on the way.

The techs quickly inspected the shutters and made some adjustments. They gave an honest appraisal of the shutters operation and did not try to sell me anything. The techs shared knowledge about maintaining the shutters and what to look for in the future.

If needed, I would not hesitate calling SSM in the future.

From the first phone call, Omar promptly call back and was very helpful as he listened to what I needed. Omar offered ideas, I didn’t realize or think about. Omar came out to give free estimate when he said he would. He was extremely polite, professional, and very respectful / very easy to talk with. The installation team of Walt, Caleb, and Brian arrived on time and when they said they be here. The guy’s were great! They all worked together as a team. Addressing questions and concerns. They cleaned up and left all needed paperwork for insurance companies. Definitely went the extra mile! Even Raquel in office was very accommodating with questions. Really a great experience! As a disabled contractor I’m very picky. I’m happy with hiring them and will recommend them to family & friends most definitely.

They came to me highly recommended by my neighbors, and I have already recommended them to my new neighbor next door. I’ve done a lot of business with different companies throughout Florida in reference to Security Shutters and Hurricane Shutters. No one, and I mean no one stands behind their product the way this organization does. I’ve got shutters that are over four years old and of course have a problem here or there, remember, these Shutters get opened and closed every single day. When I called with any problem, they are always there the same day. It’s unbelievable. What a great team, I would never consider doing business with anyone else.
