We were very please with Shutter Me Up. Our new shutters withstood the hurricane last year. They did a beautiful job with installation from start to finish. Even matched up the outside paint of our condo. Reasonable, meticulous and very pleasant to work with

Randy and his team did an excellent job installing my hurricane shutters. The installation was timely and they made sure to clean up after themselves every day when they were done. I would highly recommend Shutter-Me-Up to anyone in the market for hurricane solutions!!
On Oct 25,2016 I was overcharged for repair and called Randy to refute charges of $125/hour when only 30 min was needed for shutter repair. He has failed to return my call. I was charged $125 + $75 service call for "2 men at $125/hour" when the second man only carried a ladder and had to be told how to fill out the invoice- truly a learner NOT a skilled technician. I am due a $82 refund but Randy has yet to call me to discuss my credit.
THE WORST! First they installed a defective motor, not realized until I wasted another day with workers! Now they spent yet another whole day only to realize it can"t be repaired. When the hothead owner had a tantrum after I suggested being compensated for two lost days, he ordered workers back on scaffold to remove what they had spent the day trying to fix, endangering them and aggravating the situation. He did say I would be getting a full refund, remains to be seen...
do yourself a huge favor and don't waste time with Shutter me up!
