We had a great experience with Reece Windows and Doors from start to finish. Our sales rep, Gabe, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, checked in regularly to see if we had any concerns, and was so easy to talk to. We never felt pressured at any point, which we really appreciated.
Communication was excellent—they messaged us at every step, from ordering through installation, so we always knew what to expect. We purchased 9 windows and 2 sliding doors. While they were not the cheapest option, the quality of the products and the warranty made them well worth it.
The installation crew was just as impressive—very friendly, hardworking, and respectful. They made sure to come to us if they had any questions, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean and tidy.
We did run into a small issue where our bathroom window did not have the obscured glass that was ordered. I contacted Gabe, our rep, and the replacement glass has already been ordered. Since we were close to Christmas, we understood it may take a bit longer. Gabe was very helpful, immediately contacting the office and making sure everything was handled. We 100% recommend Gabe for his knowledge, kindness and eagerness to help and provide top service.
Overall, we are extremely happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend Reece Windows and Doors.

I’m super happy with my windows and with the Reece window warranty. I had all doors & windows installed 10 years ago and recently noticed moisture and fogging within a few of the glass panels. Reece honored their warranty and replaced the defective units at NO CHARGE! Crystal and the office staff were professional and helpful. Chris and Johnny the service crew were skilled and very respectful of our house. I highly recommend this company for all your door and windows.

I had a great experience with Reece Windows and Doors. The two guys who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. They worked efficiently, cleaned up as they went, and left no mess behind. The windows look amazing and I absolutely love them. I also really appreciated the visit from Jason, their customer support person, who stopped by to make sure I was happy with the work. They did a great job from start to finish, and I would definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!

We purchased 11 Windows from Reese about 2 years ago, and it was the best decision that we made in upgrading to Hurricane standards. The quality, appearance, and the installation of the new windows was outstanding. What impressed me the most was the fact that out of 8 different quotes from other manufacturers, only Reese was able to deliver a slider door to our patio that was over 10’ wide in a two section door frame. The lifetime warranty on their products was a huge selling point. Our front door was not included in the original quote by request. After meeting with their sales lady yesterday we are moving forward to replace our old door with a new hurricane door. Reese provides financing and deals that are impossible to match anywhere else for the top quality products they provide. Their sales team are well informed professionals and do not use pressure tactics to close a deal. Our 6PM appointment with Jenna was pleasant and professional, she answered all of our questions to satisfaction. I would recommend Reese to anyone knowing that they provide a great product at a fair price.
