Very happy with the new windows and efficiency of Bay window. Started and finished on time. Pricing was much better then other company’s ( most companies could not replace windows above 3 stories, ours was on the 6 floor. Thanks again Bay window for an outstanding job..
Bay Glass and Window provided the windows for my new home a few years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Great product, no concerns. One bathroom window developed an issue recently and they were happy to help. I received a return phone within hours of leaving a voicemail from a polite and organized administrative staff member. I was contacted by management shortly thereafter to discuss my replacement glass. The process was smooth and effortless. Sam and Zach assisted with removal and installation of the new glass. They were on time, professional, knowledgeable and impressed my husband. I 100% recommend this company for small and large jobs. It it obvious they value their product and staff! I love this company! Several years ago Bay Glass & Window replaced all our windows and doors with hurricane rated ones and did a great job. Two of my doors recently became harder to slide and today Zach and Sam came to address the problem. They were great, very helpful and skilled, and completely resolved the problem! So nice when service afterwards is as excellent as the original work.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Bay Glass & Window. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent.
Our sales professional, Moshe, came out to inspect our home and provided a quote to replace 15 windows and a sliding glass door. He even attended the required city planning meeting to help secure a permit in our historic neighborhood, which we truly appreciated.
After the city delayed our permit for what felt like forever, Bay Glass scheduled our installation the very next week after it was issued. The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and we’re extremely happy with the finished windows.
Later, service techs Zach and Sam returned to make final adjustments. They called ahead, arrived on time, were professional throughout, and carefully reinspected every window to ensure everything was perfect.
