Watergate is a tiny, densely built unincorporated pocket of Palm Beach County on the west side of US-441, just west of Boca Raton. At under half a square mile, it's essentially built around the Watergate Estates townhome/condo development that shares its name.
As of mid-2026, Watergate Estates units on Watergate Circle are the only rentable housing confirmed to sit inside the CDP boundary; most other apartment communities marketed toward "West Boca" renters sit further east or south, outside Watergate itself.
