Multifamily rental supply is extremely limited given the island's land constraints, with most nearby listings actually belonging to Summerland Key, Big Pine Key, or Key West.

As of mid-2026, purpose-built rental supply inside Cudjoe Key itself is essentially limited to one small new-construction community, with rents running high ($2,500+/mo for a 2-bedroom) due to scarce buildable land in the Lower Keys.
