We called due to a bad pressure switch. We were told no technician was available for 5 days because a van was in the shop. The company then sent a tech to do our monthly service on the same day we called for an emergency call. We had already contacted another company to restore water to our house who responded same day. They then charged us for the monthly service which was not performed.

We have cancelled our service and will not recommend them to anyone.

If you're looking for the best company, look no further. Mike came out the day we called as we'd been out of water all night. He worked on our pump for about an hour before we all came to the conclusion that it was futile. We decided to get a new one, he recommended and installed it even working until until near dark. His price was very reasonable. I was somewhat apprehensive when Alyssa asked for credit card to secure an appointment but Mike explained everything he did and what it would cost. He went above and beyond expectations. Card wasn't charged until agreed up price was set and the work finished! He and his wife were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing service. After getting a brand new water tank our water started smelling again after dealing with a previously rude company we decided to give watertech239 a call. They were so professional and down to earth. Spoke to Alyssa in the morning and she was so sweet and helpful. When Mike showed up after having a full schedule they still managed to service our home, and told us what to look for if we have any more issues. They are a great company and very professional, they truly care about helping people. we have found our go to water repair company.

Michael and Alyssa are great people who do a great job. I had an issue with a valve on our well system, and Michael was able to come out EARLY in the morning to diagnose and repair. They have also replaced my pressure tank before, and I'll surely call them again the next time something eventually goes out. The 5 star reviews are well deserved. A huge thank you!

If you have any well troubles in Cape Coral, call WaterTech239! I had signs of my well drying up including pressure surges and air in the lines. I called late in the evening and within an hour they showed up! They were very clear about their pricing before performing any work. Quality workmanship completed efficiently. Their team was very friendly, they even fixed a leaking pipe on my nearby irrigation line for no extra charge! Great people, great company! Highly recommend!
