Outstanding Service and Education from Start to Finish! We reached out to Water Medic for quotes on pump/filter replacement, salt system options, heater, and automation upgrades. Tyler responded the same day and scheduled a professional site visit within 24 hours. He walked us through every option in detail, explained the differences between systems, showed exactly how the new Hayward equipment would integrate with our pool, and gave clear recommendations for long-term savings. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional — they really took the time to educate us on each step. Even though we went with Gulfstream for the full project, Water Medic set the bar very high. This company does an amazing job, both with our RO system and our pool maintenance. We had a palm frond fall onto our cycle stop by our well and Matt O. came out and repaired it and fixed us all up. His work looks outstanding, everything is clean and lined up and very professional. He communicated throughout the day via text. I hope he sticks around for a long while. Water Medic should give him a raise. Lexi B. does our pool service and she is the best in town. Give her a raise, too! Both our water and pool are in tip top shape thanks to Water Medic.

Great experience with Water Medic, from the owner right down to the techs. This is a local business that you will feel good about supporting. I love my new water and Tony did a great job! We watch houses in our community for residents when they are away. One of the houses was having issues with their pool. We contact two different companies and they came out and went over everything. The owner decided to go with Water Medic and it was a great choice.
The first person who came out was Yerandy He went over everything, showed me the issues he found instead of just telling me the things that needed done. He laso came out for the first cleaning.
The next person I met was Gregory who does the weekly service. Very nice and polite. One day he found a part of a valve broke. He text me and sent me a picture of the valve and explained it still worked. I had a question one time and text him. He immediately called me and answered my question.
The third person was Jose he came and replaced the pool pump. He was also very nice and friendly. He took his time and explained everything and answered any questions I had.
The final two I have spoken with were Justin and Matt. I believe they are the Manager for the service department. I had to talk with them about a couple of things including trying to help me with the company that install the pool heater that was under warranty. Both Justin and Matt were very helpful. If they were busy at the time I called or out of the office they called me back as soon as they were free.
I can not say enough about everyone at Water Medic that I have had dealing with. I would recommend them to anyone.

Randy has been our pool guy for the past two years and has done a great job. He’s reliable, consistent, and we’ve never had a single problem. Our pool always looks great. Highly recommend!

We also had Jose, the technician from Water Medic who replaced our pool filter and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and made sure everything was done right. We were very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.
