We are 20 year residence of Southwest Cape Coral. For years, we debated on getting a water softening system and water filter, but thought that being on city water we didn’t really need it. But I couldn’t stand the taste of the water, our skin was itchy and my hair dull and dry. We were referred to Southwick water services by a friend and couldn’t be happier. Derek was very informative and educated us as to the types of systems available. Their team was very professional during installation. I would highly recommend them. And ladies, it really is about your hair! And, we no longer have itchy skin and can drink the water right from the tap!

Derek was highly recommended and I'm so glad I called him! Initially I called the company who installed the tanks. Without testing anything, they just wanted to replace both tanks because they were an older model. Derek came out and tested the water and determined only one tank was not functioning properly.
