My Water Guy

With so many unscrupulous companies out there these people are extremely honest I own a rental house in Cape Coral. I don’t live in Florida anymore. They could’ve easily said this is a huge bill instead they said your system is fine just a couple of adjustments and we’re good to go maybe let’s get on a yearly maintenance schedule. I highly recommend this company. This man is built his company on honesty and integrity and that’s hard to come by in that area thank you. My water guy.

Joel was able to fit me in his schedule on a very short notice. He fixed my aerator that wasn’t producing enough pressure the same day, sparing me the need to buy new parts.
He always comes up with the most logical solution and has tried to save me money any chance he gets! I recommend him to anyone looking for repairs or monthly maintenance

Very happy with my experience with My Water Guy. Joel was responsive and solved my under sink reverse osmosis problem. I had used another company the past couple years for repairs and filter replacements. I was tired of calling them back because the water never tasted or tested like it should. I called Joel to help. He came out super quick, showed me everything about my system and found that my filters had not ever been replaced... The other company had just been out the week before and said they had replaced my filters and billed me as such. Joel showed me the filters were black and sludgy... They were in fact NOT changed. Joel replaced everything, charged up my water holding tank so it would work properly and BOOM! ... great tasting water. Thanks Joel. Forever My Water Guy!

We had a strong sulfur smell in our water. After trying several fixes on our own we called several water system companies. 2 of the companies were quick to sell us an entire new system that was completely different than what we had. Then I found My Water Guy. Joel was quick to respond. He sent Keven to our home. Keven was professional and solution minded. He worked to troubleshoot what the actual cause of the problem was rather than selling me on a new system without checking anything. We ended up needing to replace several tanks. Joel took the time to explain everything and teach us about our equipment and how to maintain it. They installed the new tanks quickly. The cost was reasonable compared to the other estimates I had received. It has been a week and our water is great. Thank you Joel and Keven.

What an awesome guy was able to assist me with my water pump for my well, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in the instructions he had given to help me today. I will be sure to keep him in my contacts for further assistance and services.
