Sun Window and Door did an excellent job at replacing my windows and doors. The sales process was simple and strait forward, no high pressure sales. All PGT products were installed as contracted and the installation team was professional and very thorough. The office staff managed the project very well and communication was excellent. I would recommend Sun to others.

Yesterday Jerry and Red did a great job re-screening my lanai and replacing two storm destroyed roofing panels with gray polycarbonate ones. They worked well together to complete the job even quicker than was predicted. They were polite, friendly and a pleasure work with.
I have been having trouble with my screen door which they noticed. They fixed all the moving parts on it without a hesitation, even though this was not on the original invoice. The bill they did write was very reasonable though I'm sure they could have asked for more.
John, this crew was terrific. They deserve a raise for the good public impression they give for your company. You, the other crews. staff and, yes, their MOMS should be proud of them. They did extra work, not with the thought of payment, I think, but because they wanted to give this "little old lady" customer a little help that she obviously needed.

After several contractors could not repair a hurricane-related damaged window, Rob and Stephen came in, took charge and repaired. They know windows!! Sun Window and Door went above and beyond in helping get four window panels replaced quickly and prior to my mom's condo sale closing. I worked with Kitty in the office on a Friday and they were able to fit me in their schedule and do the work the following Tuesday. Woohoo!
