Great product and performed well during both recent hurricanes. Protected balcony from debris but also knocked down rain and wind (>110mph). Some fraying occurred on a few straps. They took them back after many years and replaced the straps like new. Devin was awesome to deal with. I highly recommend them.
We've been getting roll up fabric screens and window screens from Wayne and Ken for years. Of all of our distributors, they are the most reliable. Orders are ready when they say they will be. Product is made accurately to size and material and they are so very easy to work with. The quality of the ez max product is excellent and when we do have an issue, which is expected in this industry, they fix it promptly with no problem. We thank them for doing their part in keeping all of our customers very happy. Far as I'm concerned, we will continue to use CHP for all of our hurricane fabric needs for a very long time to come.

They were good for several years and after the hurricane one is not working properly. I have contacted Custom Hurricane products by phone and email over 6 times with now response to see if they have anyone to repair them and I can’t get anyone to respond. I am pretty sure they are out of business.
