Shutter-Vue

So glad we made the switch to Shutter-Vue. We've used another company for years and they outgrew the ability to service our building. Shutter-vue was recommended by another building manager and we're glad to find them. Anthony and his team came out to do a job that had been approved by the building, but upon arrival, the "rules of the building" had been changed and they wouldn't let the team hang a safety rope. The team was extremely gracious and patient even though they weren't able to complete the job. While I worked through things with the HOA, they hung around and then ultimately offered to come back two days later and fit us in. I was able to get the work approved based on Anthony's reputation and his willingness to explain thoroughly what his plan was (to an HOA with minimal expertise). The entire team on the follow up visit was professional, neat and tidy. Can't say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a trusted relationship for your shutters and windows, this seems to be the company for you. At least it is for us.

Initially got roll downs to protect our contractor grade windows, then some years later we had Shutter-Vue replace the existing windows with impact ones. All the work was done in an excellent manner at a good price.

Shutter Vue came highly recommended to me, and I’m happy that I gave them a try. Nice people great service good price, what more could you want. I have large electric roll up hurricane shutters as well as hurricane curtains. Both cleaned and checked and ready for what comes!

Poor customer service, the owner Charles came and did an estimate on 5/20 and said it would take 2-3 weeks to order glass. And it’s now July. Called his cell phone, spoke with him and he blames his secretary and I called the next day and she said he “dropped the ball”. And we have email confirmation.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING work and work ethic. Windows look awesome, showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards. Very Impressed!!
