From start to finish, my window installation experience was excellent. Josh came out to give me an estimate and thoroughly explained the process, including the My Safe Florida Program. Anita was always available and right there to answer any questions I had, and responses were quick and helpful. The installation crew, led by Casey, did an outstanding job. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of my home, and the installation went smoothly. I’m very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.
Our Armored Dade Shutters experience for our Hurricane Accordion Shutters and two electronic roll down screens was very well organized. Even though this can be a long process with getting HOA approval, the ordering, the wait for the product, the installs, the inspections, the equipment adjustments, it was all worth it. Even from the beginning, Row Rowe, was very informative and answered all of our questions on the shutters and screens. Anita, is amazing! When we sent her an email with a question, she responded very quickly, even on a weekend. If something wasn't working correctly, she made sure someone came back to make it right. Absolutely top notch experts, from initial appointment thru installation and beyond! After our recent busy hurricane seasons we decided to have hurricane windows installed and rolling screens for our lanai. Scheduling went perfectly and the technicians were in and out with no leftover debris or mess to cleanup. Armored Dade is a reliable company with professional technicians who will still be here in the future, unlike some of the contractors who contacted us.

via e-mails and phone calls from customer service representatives Anita and Joy. Casey installed our shutters outlining the process before beginning and checking when complete. He made sure were were comfortable operating the shutters from inside the house by providing a demo on how to open, lock and close the shutters from inside the house. Excellent customer service.
