I didn’t catch the name of the installer but he was absolutely amazing. Very kind, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered all our questions happily, and even installed a new water main shutoff valve because the old one was not great.

Don and the team did a great job from start to finish. Don walked us through the process and was honest and upfront about equipment needed. Paul the installer did an excellent job as you can tell from the picture. Clean job, well pipped, electrical cord nicely tucked away. He left the jobsite cleaner than he found it. Highly recommended soft and pure for your healthier water needs!
