Very impressed by the focus, speed, and professionalism exhibited by Mason during this rapid installation/upgrade of our original water softener as install of reverse osmosis system. They were very patient and diligent about taking care not damage furniture inside (floors or cabinetry) during the RO install and tie-in to the fridge. Did a great job explaining how things worked. Lastly, they cleaned up after themselves very well. So far very happy with everything. Let’s see if it all works as advertised.

My wife and I were looking for a home water filtration system she went to our neighborhood home improvement store they recommended One Green Filter. Jessica from One green contacted us she was very friendly and professional we set up the appointment for their sells rep to stop by our home Lee the sells rep was amazing very friendly and explained the entire process to us and made some recommendations on the filtration system we would be happy with (by the way Lee is a former customer as well) we settled on the filtration system and pricing and schedule a date for installation. Day of installation I meet the Technicians Mr Gavin and Mr. Conner I explain to both where I wanted the filtration system to be installed and where I preferred the plumbing to be run these gentlemen are awesome! Highly professional and organized installation was great and and very neat they cleaned up any mess made before they left and both answered all my questions about the system and stated any issues to call the office and they would come back to correct it. These guys are highly professional individuals! Mason installed a water softener today. Excellent service and workmanship. He was very flexible about options for installation, and went above and beyond on the setup.
This isn't the only company I called out for an estimate, and I went deep down the rabbit hole on the DIY option as well...
But after considering all my options and estimates, and looking at what I got, I am glad I went with them. Money well spent.
