Eric (technician) did a fantastic job. I cannot give enough praises for this company Advanced Water Services. Eric was totally on-time, very professional, REALLY knew his craft, and went right to work. He explained every aspect of what he was doing, without being overly technical. Wow... I highly recommend this company. Also, the price was very fair, plus, they were able to take a credit card which made it great for me. I had a water softener completely replaced a year ago and it's still working great. (I needed some salt which he pointed out, which I appreciate.) The reason he came was for replacing my RO filters. He did a great job with that part. I am hard to please, but when I find a good company I make sure the world knows... especially my neighbors. Your company ROCKS!

See all on Google ↗Ron and his team have installed a few systems for me. They work beautifully. We have get water quality and our drinking water is absolutely the best quality. I have recommended them to a number of other customers who all thank me for the referral. They have all had positive experiences as we have. Also their pricing is more than competitive. If you need water treatment services make them your first call.
Ron does not respond. He sent someone out for our water softener and reverse osmosis system. The person he sent was trained well for changing the filters for reverse osmosis system his company had installed. Now after attempting to unsuccessfully fix over the phone, he has stopped communicating as to when he will fix the water softener that stopped making soft water and that his company had installed a few years ago. I have tried texting calling and emailing to him and to his office and no calls back over the last several weeks. BEWARE. He may have been good in the past, but not lately!
So knowledgeable, so trustworthy, and so kind. We have been with Advanced water services for years. They are honest and reasonable. Thank you Ron, Natalie, and Spencer for always being reliable. You have our business for life!

Were I immediately asked for their phone number? I called, they were courteous. They were professional and the price was right. I had my first shower this morning. It was amazing. My hair feels like silk. My skin is so smooth. Everything is like crystal. I've already sent them to prospective customers. I would highly recommend advanced water services The work was amazing.
