President and Co-Founder of Indigo Water Systems, absolutely blew us away with his customer service and professionalism.
We had purchased a Galene Water Filtration back in 2023. We DO NOT recommend Galene. We spent over a year trying to get them to come out and take care of the system they installed. Galene wouldn’t even answer the phone. When they finally did, they set up a time to come out and then never showed. We finally decided to seek outside help. Upon TWO rings of the phone Neil had answered our call and within 15min was at our home helping us take care of a system that isn’t even his! Neil went above and beyond to make sure we knew everything we needed to, to be able to take care of this system the best we can. Neil is super knowledgeable and if we ever need a new system in the future or help with our current system we will be calling Indigo and we suggest you do as well.
What a great product! Neil knows water better than the alligators in Florida! We had stinky, bad tasting water when we moved in and he installed a whole home water filter system.
Boy oh boy is our water amazing. We drink straight from the tap. Our water tastes better than bottled water from Antarctica. Once we changed over, we noticed our whole family was drinking more water throughout the day.
Also, when we take showers and baths, there is no more chlorine chemical smell. If you wanna see what it feels like showering under a waterfall in the rainforest, you should get him to handle your water.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! The owner was on site from quote to install, which was as quick and easy. He is a super nice guy, incredibly knowledgeable, passionate about what he does, and truly listened to my needs without trying to oversell anything. The results are incredible, the water feels completely different. No more soap scum, everything feels cleaner, my skin is thanking me and I couldn’t be happier. Honestly, I should have done this a long time ago.
