I've always had a great experience. Have used them many times over the past 10 years for both small and large glass projects. Tempered glass takes a bit longer, but glass is always cut properly and delivered on time. Others have mentioned bad customer service, but that has never been the case for me. Owners have been courteous and easy to work with. Great place and I'll continue to use them for my glass needs.

Overpriced & terrible customer service. I am really disappointed in this place because I know they've been around for a while. The owner is very rude & when I walked in, he didn't even speak to me. His wife is the one who had to come from behind him to help me. They gave me a quote that they didn't follow through on plus after drop off, she told me it would be ready by the next day (which I found odd) but it wasn't. That didn't bother me but I had to keep calling them to ask for an update every few days. When my item was finally ready, no one called me. I called & the husband owner answered with an attitude saying he called me to come pick it up which was a lie. Besides this terrible customer service, they didn't honor the price they originally quoted me and ended up charging me MUCH more. I only put up with it because I had an item already done by them and needed it to match. Never again!

I wrote a 5* review for them 2 years ago but had to change it to 1*. Terrible customer service. I bought $400 worth of glass. I asked for a discount but she said couldn’t lower the price. Instead, The lady told me she’d “throw in” the little rubber things so glass won’t slide. When I went to pick up 5 days later, the same lady I spoke to had no recollection of this. I reminded her. But she rudely insisted she never said that. They were only $5 so I paid it. But I was very disappointed. Bad customer service!!
