My key contact was Jen Ruiz, who took care of my order and managed everything from sales to permitting and installation. The windows look great, and I feel much safer, too. The windows and door also block most of the noise I previously heard day and night (I live in South Beach, and it can get noisy sometimes!). The price was great too!
