Hands down, one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had in Miami. From start to finish, everyone was courteous, responsive, honest and professional, and the price was very reasonable. Everything was well documented so there was no confusion, and the installers - Kelvin and Jasiel - were terrific. They were skilled, polite and clean. They completely sealed the area with dust barriers and accommodated all of my requests. The best part is that they handled the interior and exterior finish work, and they worked with me on adding a couple of details for an extra (very reasonable) price. It made my life SO much easier to have one contractor do it all from start to finish. They also did a perfect job leveling the door/threshold with the floor. Highly recommend!

We waited many years and recently had all of our windows and doors replaced. We had the old aluminum shutters and were tired of having to deal with the process of hanging and removing them in preparations for these hurricanes in South Florida. Once we made the decision to do this, our search began with who do we use?? Our friends and neighbors sadly did not have any good recommendations so that made it much harder. The search in of itself took a lot of time and energy and there were many differences in our experiences with these companies not to mention pricing. Our initial visit from Andrew was fantastic! He was professional and extremely pleasant. He was beyond accommodating with all of my questions, concerns and any changes. We consulted and received estimates from 6 different companies. Deciding to install new windows and doors is a huge and expensive undertaking and we were nervous to even be doing it. They took all of the stress and worry off our shoulders and it was actually a very pleasant experience. Alex was our PM and Katherine (in scheduling etc..), were both terrific with the coordination of the project - ensuring things ran smoothly the entire time. We learned there is a large amount of dust with this kind of work and they did a great job containing it in every room and cleaned up as they went along. The crews working were very polite and professional in every aspect. The difference in the new windows is incredible and we wish we would have made this decision years ago. We couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and will highly recommend them in the future without hesitation!

Had a phenomenal experience with Elite Impact Glass! You can imagine that from the moment my husband and I started quoting around, it took a few weeks of not months to pick a window company that we felt had great product and competitive pricing. Eduardo, who quoted us, was extremely professional, responsive to emails and texts and not pushy at all. Elite never made us sit through an hour long presentation like other window companies did.
Once we paid our deposit, got the permits and windows were manufactured, it took a little coordinating to set up an installation day. The staff had too many projects and not enough installers so this part was a little bit frustrating. My only complaint is that the office was a little hard to reach over the phone, however Eduardo would always help me get in touch with whoever I needed.
Installation begun and Leo, the project manager, was involved from the beginning. Leo was also very responsive, polite and attentive. The installers Addiel, Jorge, Arian, and Leandro were fantastic! They worked nonstop, were very professional, polite, hard working and made sure everything was always clean, furniture back in place, blinds were reinstalled and that the windows were installed perfectly. The inspector had zero issues with the work and even said he never had a problem with Elite’s guys.
My mother, who also had her whole house (doors and windows) done with Elite is still extremely satisfied with the product and customer service.

I had a friend who said he searched all companies and finally got this company with super product and excellent installation . Price was best too!
