I had a great experience with this septic tank company. They were extremely professional, efficient, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and they took the time to explain what was being done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic service.
To say that we didn't know how wonky our septic system would be when we bought our house is an understatement. Septic Dominators helped us out of a jam last year, but things weren't "normal" (and not their fault, again, the situation is just wacky). When I tell you that Jessica and Cody have been the best EVERY step of the way, I assure you that I am not being overzealous. They are laid back, they don't jerk you around, they'll show you the exact problem, they'll answer any question, won't make you feel bad for being curious or freaking out about your home - basically, if all companies were like this, America would be a lot better off. This place DOES NOT slouch when it comes to helping you out and getting it done, no matter how bizarre the situation gets. Absolute respect to this crew.

Terrible experience! Avoid at all cost. They dropped my septic tank lid and couldn’t get it out. They saw it was not in place and I specifically warned them before they started the job. If you just simply can’t get a lid out you shouldn’t be in this business. They then blamed me for dropping it instead of apologizing. The dude needs needs to chill and not argue with customers for his mistakes. They came back to patch it with a septic riser like an eyesore in my front yard. If you don’t have the time to do the job 100% do not overbook your schedule. They simply don’t care.

Are you still blaming me for dropping the lid?? Unbelievable!!! Your response makes you look even worse. I have a receipt that shows I paid in full so don’t play this game, not to mention you used and ruined my garden hose. Since I have an octagon opening why did you give me a circular riser? Come put the octagon lid back and take your poorly installed riser and I will take down this review. Mistakes happen but you need to own up to it like any respectable business. Especially when a customer paid for your service in full.
