Very good service after a bad experience with other septic/plumbing companies in Clermont. Lapin was very helpful and was able to accommodate us with an appointment first thing the next morning, and they did exactly that.
The customer service was excellent, and the technician, who truly represents the company well, Briton Brown, took the time to explain everything without rushing through the service. I will work with them for the next service.
A business neighbor recommended Lapin for a new septic system and drain field, and I'm glad we did. The first company to give an estimate said we had to remove a beautiful large oak tree because it was too close to our drain field, and Gary told us we didn't need to touch it. That right there helped sell us. Besides needing a new septic system, we have major plumbing issues due to another tree growing roots in our house pipes. Chad Powell, and another gentleman, came out, jetted and drilled the roots out of our pipes so water could flow once again while we wait for the septic permits. Besides being a One-Stop company for most house water needs, the 10% discount for future services if they install a drain field, will help a lot when we have any future problems.
