Septic Blue of Orlando

Absolutely horrible experience. We were quoted $325 for a septic inspection and pump out, which seemed like a great price. After they dug up our yard, we all discovered together that the system included two tanks and a dosing tank. Instead of being honest and giving a fair updated price, they jacked the total to over $1,000 on the spot.

What makes this even worse is that my fiancé called the company while they were still working in our yard and asked for a quote to pump out two tanks. They told her $600. That proves they intentionally ripped us off at our own home.

This is a textbook bait-and-switch operation. They lure you in with a great price, then once your entire yard is dug up, they raise the cost dramatically because they know you have no choice.

On top of that, they ran over my neighbor’s internet pole, then tried to just stand it back up like nothing happened. Completely unprofessional — and now the responsibility will probably fall on us or the neighbor.

After checking more reviews, it’s clear this company has a history of doing this to people.

Never again. Dishonest, misleading, and absolutely not trustworthy.

Johnathan was amazing. He was on time, efficient and informative. He showed us what he was doing to make sure we understood what was happening. Very happy and will use them again (and request him!).

Tim Goodwin - A+ service. This hardworking family man went above and beyond to get the job done. He was short handed on the day due to someone calling out sick and this guy was a real life superhero. He solved an issue that 2 other plumbers and the city public works couldn't solve. I can't him enough. Tim was very personable. Smiles and good vibes doing the job. Just had out septic tank pumped and the Experience was awesome. The tech Rafael Morales was very knowledgeable in his work. Because of him, he pointed out that our tank has two parks, one for water and one for solids. We have had our tank pumped 3 times and not one of the time have any one mentioned to pump the other side except for him. He found the top and opened it and wow, years and years of backed up waste. Turns out the other company’s have been doing have the work and charging full price. I ended up paying more for the work due to lack of experience form other companies. He explained how the system works and walked me through every step. Thankyou Rafael and septic blue , we will be using you and recommending you to our neighbors and friends.

Recently, we had a major septic issue in our backyard, and it was extremely serious, especially with small children in the home and waste literally coming out of the ground. We contacted Septic Blue of Orlando, and they sent out Timothy Goodwin.
Tim was absolutely amazing, quick, fast, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything about our septic system and gave us valuable information we truly needed. This is exactly how customer service is supposed to be done.
Honestly, can you guys give Tim a raise? 😄
