To replace a pump and riser, over $5100 I was quoted. Wow.

Had my septic pumped out today and Scott the tech who came out, was truly a professional. As was the rest of the staff!. I wasn’t just quoted a price and asked to schedule but advised on proper procedures after pumping and asked questions about my system and living arrangements so they could give me the best course of action to remedy my septic challenges! They have gained a client and referral partner in me! Definitely recommend, 10/10

We called Septic Blue to have our septic pumped. They told us on the phone 325.00 to pump it out and a 49.95 fee for inspection. Our appointment was between 11am and 2pm. We get calls throughout the day saying he's running behind. We decide to dig the septic up for him because of him running behind, just to help him out. When he arrives he starts banging on the lid for about 15mins and causing a hole in the lid. I came out and seen the lid as he is telling me its going to be 1200.00 to pump my septic. I was very bothered by that! To be quoted a price of 375.00. He tells me he has to use this crush buster cramp! This company rips people off!!! I wish I had seen the reviews before I called them out, especially Teddy Clairmont review! I used Septic Service of Central Florida this company was amazing!!! They came out did the job RIGHT and didn't try to up sell me with some bullshit crush buster crap SMFH!!! Don't call this company they will rip you off just FYI

I do not intent to question the authenticity of those who had given high reviews for these folks. But my experience was not good. This is the first time we used this company. Previously we paid 400 plus for a similar septic pump out from other vendors. This time, these folks quoted 375. But when the driver arrived, I was told he needed to break the waste using an equipment and that would cost an additional 375. After some haggling, he ended up charging just under 700 for the service with what he regarded as a "coupon of 50". The 'equipment' he used is something similar to a weed eater with blades and used that for 10-15 minutes and that cost us 325!
I respect those who do straight upfront pricing instead of underquoting and then upselling. But unfortunately, this is my experience with septic blue
