Had an emergency septic tank that needed to be pumped out! I called all around Lakeland (5) different companies and none answered but Robby’s septic! They were professional and pure educators the whole way through. I called at 11:19am and they were at my door by 11:56am! Landon McLaughlin was professional and courteous, he showed me from start to finish with issues and how to solve them if ever the future I could take steps to eliminate an extra call if needed! He provided me with a pamphlet on septic tank risers and water saving tips. I want to say thank you again, when my family was in need Robby’s answered the call, I appreciate their time, support and effort. I recommend them for your septic or plumbing issues!
