The service that we received was exceptional! I called and spoke with Josh who verified that they will provide service to my area and was given straightforward pricing.

It was approximately 11:00 in the morning when we spoke.I asked if I could potentially received same day service and he said that there would be no issue with that!

Their driver "Ish" came out and make quick work of pumping my septic tank and educating me on how it worked and answering my questions about the health of my septic system and that there were visably no additional issues.

I would highly recommend Lakeland Septic Company as a service provider if you're looking for straight up honest work.

Long story short, I've got a failed drain field which is getting repaired next week, but unfortunately my septic system decided to back up 5 days prior. My Septic company was not available this weekend to empty the tank so they referred me to Lakeland septic who was able to come out the next morning. They emptied the tank and were very kind and professional. I am thankful for their help today. Josh was our service person and he was great!

Purchased my home 5 years ago and figured it was time to pump the septic. I had no idea where it was. Called the Lakeland Septic Company and spoke with Josh. He was able to schedule me for the next morning. Mind you I was calling at 4:45 in the afternoon. Awesome service. The two gentlemen that arrived found it in 5 minutes. Pumped it, charged me a flat fee which was reasonable! Highly recommend!
