Gave them a call about my septic tank malfunctioning, they came out the next day, very professional, I work nights so I slept through the whole time they fixed my problem, when they were done they sent me pictures of all the work that had been done! I've never met a company that's so honest and educational until I've made the decision to use Anytime Septic. Here's why.
I had an entire new septic and drainfield installed in 2023 but would not use that company again nor would I recommend d to any household. Dishonest, and unreliable.
Only 1 person in the household and I'm puzzled as to why I need pumping again. So, I called several companies in the area. Every single companies tell me that pumping should be done every 3-5 years depending on persons in the household. When they found out just 1, they told me may just be the filter. Then, they said filter should be cleaned annually. Trust me, try calling yourself. Filter cleaning and routine pumping pricing are drastically different among companies!!
Finally, I called Anytime Septic and they offered extremely competitive pricing.
Larry came out and identified some problems; filter needs cleaning and tons of sand/dirt at the bottom of both solid and liquid tanks! I don't shit sand. Where did they come from? Larry suspected that the sand may have got to these tanks from the initial construction. He cleaned out the filter and aerated and pumped both solid and liquid tanks. He also opened up my pump station and found dirt among the liquid! Again, he suspected the sand got in there from the initial construction. Larry did not have to clean out the pump station, but, he did! In fact, he found the lid that cover the pump station was improperly fitted on top since the previous company put a riser on the top making it impossible for the lid to fit. The previous company simply mickey mouse the fitting process by drilling 2 screws in wrong places which may cause tons of dirt to get into the pump station! Why would such incapable and unprofessional company do such a thing to a homeowner? We trust professional to do the work right after paying thousands for the project. Hence, I will no longer use this company!! If you want to know the unprofessional company, please reach out to me. I did write a review with tons of pictures posted on them during the entire project. This company brought so much turmoil to me and it seems that their unprofessionalism continues today and discovered by Anytime Septic.

Larry went above and beyond, identify the problems, rectify the pump lid issue and recommended solution at no additional cost and honestly educating me on the frequency on filter cleaning and pumping. Trust me...every single company wants your business, hence annual filter cleaning and every 3-5 years on pumping. Larry is honest and shared his recommendations with me...totally honest unlike other companies just want your annual business. Super impressed!! I had 2 other companies not even show so i was discouraged but these guys showed up on a Friday when it just rained and they got my septic cleaned and he even went out of his way and fixed a gasket that had broke on one of the pipes so that I didn’t have to get a new pump like i had thought. And come to find out he was the owner. This man knows how to run a business, genuinely good folks.
