We researched a few options for water filtration and softener systems. We decided on Safety Zone Water Systems. The reviews indicated the customer service is top notch. Well, I can confirm this to be true!! Fortunately, we haven't had any problems with our new system. But a few questions have come up over the passed three months. Neal, has been available, patient and extremely helpful each time I have reached out. He is so knowledgably but takes the time to explain the process in a way I can understand. Do you know of any company that stands by their produce and where the President of the company gives you his direct cell phone number??? That in itself is so comforting to us. If he is not able to troubleshoot, he will even offer to send Dakota to the home if necessary. We haven't needed that because Neal can expertly walk you through any concern. Thank you Neal!!
My husband Gary and I had a problem with our water softener after moving into our new home. We got no help from our builder and reached out to Neal. He promptly addressed the issue and within a day or two had it up and running. Great customer service from Dakota too. We are so appreciative for their help and quick response. Highly recommend this company!

Neil did a terrific job setting up our salt system. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was able to explain the system and we feel very good.
