We love our new systems! We have both the house softener in the garage and the kitchen RO filter for a 2700 sqft house with 2 FBs. The water has been gentler on the skin and we no longer see scaling in toilets. Danny was great to help us understand the products and know what we’re getting. And the installation was smooth and high quality. We did compare against other companies/brands regarding price points, maintenance, and filtration types, and landed with this one. I like the app so it can let me know when to add salt and adjust settings remotely. Plus, there was an incentive from Costco as we connected with Ecowater through them. Highly recommended!

Jason done a marvelous job at installing our Eco water softener.
He was fast, but very efficient.
He took time to test the water and made sure the unit was set to our satisfaction.
He also went the extra mile installing the new insulated cover on it that we purchased since the unit sets outside the house.

We’ve had our Eco Water system installed in 2019. It’s been a great system for us! The techs are very knowledgeable-Jason, Lance and their new person-Jay is a great addition to their team! We needed a new part and he made sure we had it installed before the holiday! Mindy and Kayla are helpful whenever you need service.

We got quotes from multiple companies. All sellers were trying to convince us with exaggerated marketing information about their products, except EcoWater. They honestly explained their system. I am so glad that we have chosen EcoWater. From giving the order, to installment every step was very smooth. At each stage, we were informed promptly. Water quality is amazing now.
