Adams Water Conditioning was fantastic from start to finish. Shawn Adams came to our home, quickly identified solutions for our hard water issues, and the very next day his technician Mike installed a water softener and whole-house purifier. Both Shawn and Mike were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The outdoor installation was neat, clean, and impressively done. Highly recommend!
Very happy with our water conditioner from Adams. Shawn came out to get us our bid, and given they have so many customers in On Top Of The World, he had a plan for us and did not try to over sell us anything we didn't need. We have heard horror stories from neighbors who got estimates from other companies. We then set a date for install to line up the day after we moved in, and the install tech was there on time and did a great job putting it in, and explaining everything we needed to know about the system. I recommend their system and service, and their quarterly salt delivery pricing is really hard to beat. 5 stars and a Hip Hip Hurrah for the great service so far. We are 4 months in and have zero issues. We have referred a few neighbors who now also are proud owners of Adams water systems, and a few more who will soon be getting bids.

I did a lot of research into different companies before making a decision about a water system. I read a lot of the reviews as well. As such, I decided to go with Adams Water Conditioning.
Adams installed a system in my home recently. Right from the start, the initial consultation and estimate was very positive. Folks may have different opinions on the subject, but I didn't feel that the price was going to break the bank either. They were able to do an install in pretty short order.
The install was done as promised on the day promised. It does take a little while, but not drastically so. Plus the install work seemed good. I probably would have done a couple of things different myself, but nothing that I find drastic. I do wish that they would have insulated the supply pipes that needed to be connected outside the home. They didn't feel it necessary, but it gives me peace of mind. So I insulated the pipes myself. That's just me.
Anyway, the system has been in service for a little while now, without any issues. Our water is night and day better in all aspects. So I know the system is working as it should. It's amazing how good a glass of water or a cup of coffee seems now compared to before I called Adams.
Adams offers a service to deliver softener salt, when needed, if you so choose. The little extra cost is probably worth the convenience of Adams handling the salt for you. So I signed up for it, but it's too soon to report on the service itself. It's a very simple service, so I expect that there's little that could be negative . Plus I don't have to go buy salt and lug it home myself.
So far my experience with Adams has been positive in pretty much all respects. I have nothing to gain with this review other than maybe giving feedback for the next person researching water options. I hope it helps.
Excellent customer service. Professional, personable, and timely which is VERY important when you are without water. I am so glad I chose Adams to put in my water system 14 years ago. They are the best!!
