I had to have my Water softener replaced. I contacted Aqua-Clean about a replacement. Sean found me a replacement and installed it. I highly recommend Aqua-Clean to anyone needing a water conditioning help.
Had a wonderful experience doing business with Sean to have a water softener filter and RO installed for our well of our new home. He took the time to inform and help us and encouraged us to reach out if ever needed in the future. Sean was also quite friendly and has a great professional personality! Together with the warranty, I'd have to say that five stars aren't enough for Sean and Aqua-Clean. As an engineer with a 48 year career behind me, I've never met a more technically thorough, knowledgeable or meticulous individual than Sean Bishop, and I've known quite a few. I was indeed fortunate to have selected Sean to sell and install a complete replacement for my legacy water treatment system at the home we just bought, and at very competitive pricing. Sean's 28 years experience with water conditioning - and understanding of the theory - was evident to both my wife and me, who both have experience with industrial DI and softening equipment. Sean thought of everything in equipment selection and sizing, and completely removed the old stuff down to bare earth, before installing individual concrete pads for each piece of equipment. The installation is so beautiful I'm buying a new shed to keep it looking good, despite its weather proof design. Sean spent almost an hour with us both, going over the system construction, operation, maintenance, and programming with my wife and me. In my opinion, Sean is the go-to person for water conditioning, and I already have him in my schedule for routine preventive maintenance.
I just purchased a house and discovered it had a water softening system. I called Aqua-Clean for a service call to see if it was working. I want be honest. I went to my gut feeling about Sean at Aqua Clean water. He did an excellent job and my water is awesome. We started with what I called swamp water... Now I have what looks and tastes like bottled water from the store. My deepest thanks to Sean and his ongoing follow up. I highly recommend him for water condition systems.
