Jean with Presto Plumbing came out on a Sunday and was an amazing help. He got all of our tanks pumped out quickly, took care of everything with no complaints, and made sure to walk me through how to properly maintain our septic system moving forward. He also let me know what to watch out for and when we should plan to have it pumped again to avoid any future issues. Great service, great communication, and very professional. I have not had good experiences with plumbing companies in the area but Rocky at Presto was great. He was able to fix one of my biggest issues though phone, pictures and messaging.
