Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing, Septic and Air Conditioning

Will contacted me the day after leaving my original review. He was concerned about the state my shower was left in and worked to rectify it immediately. I also spoke to Tony, the plumbing supervisor who came over and looked at everything and we set a date for them to get to work. A few days before they were scheduled to come fix the shower I noticed some leaking under my sink from the garbage disposal. Tony, Tristen and Dwight came by and were able to not only exceed my expectations with the shower they also managed to remove my garbage disposal, giving me much more cabinet space under the sink. They were all incredibly professional and polite. They finished both jobs within two hours and even cleaned up after themselves. It was raining that day and Tristen took the time to wipe the floors so there were no muddy shoe prints left behind. I really appreciate the work they did and how quick they were able to rectify the situation. I also really enjoyed talking with Tony while he was there! I will definitely be contacting Duck Duck Rooter for any issues I may have in the future.

I had a slow shower leak that I was going to repair myself but I didn’t have the proper tools to remove the faucet valve. I decided to go with Duck Duck Rooter because I see their trucks all over town. I’m giving two stars because they did come quick and the technician was friendly. However I now have to use pliers to use my shower/bath. For them to repair the leak (replace the valves) it was $449 and they left me without replacement handles because the other handles were stripped and he couldn’t put them back on. He told me it would be another $1000 to find replacement handles but that I could get replacement handles myself and contact him personally and he’d put them in. The whole situation left me feeling ripped off and I won’t be using them again.

Attached pictures show the one handle that I removed and realized I needed more tools than I had, the other picture with no handles how my shower was left. But now I don’t have a slow leak anymore so there’s that!

Josh from Duck Duck Router, sewer and air conditioning was incredible! He walked me through every step, did all the proper testing, and saved me $8,000 by replacing just the blower fan instead of selling me a new AC. They even came in $400 cheaper than my last company and spent over two hours making sure everything was right. The supervisor dropped off the part on a Friday just to get us taken care of. Honest, reliable, and truly go above and beyond — highly recommend!

Maynard and Tristen did a great job with my replumb. They were professional and no mess was left. They explained everything snd got it done in one day. I had 6 estimates before i chose them amd glad i did! Also, Casey was very helpful in the office! The estimator Sean was very professional and explained the job clearly.

Alberto was quick to communicate with me as well as come out on a Sunday for an emergency call to repair my main water line. Once Alberto was able to secure the parts and materials needed for the repair he was back to really get to work. Alberto finished the job quickly and even to the time to clean up any mess in the area.

Contacted Bree, plumbing dispatcher on Thursday afternoon as she was about to leave for the afternoon. She stopped & got all our information & got an estimate ready quickly. Duck duck was able to get Technician out after lunch Friday. Brandon came to check out our installation to see exactly what would be needed to replace our 17 y/o unit. He returned quickly with all the parts & tools to complete the installation of the new water heater. Very caring & professional installation. New system in operation by about 4 pm. Great work!
