He gave us many options and was very detailed on explaining the efficiencies for our windows and patio door replacements. Mr. Ray and his team did all the necessary paperwork such as pulling permits, scheduling installation dates, inspections, etc. He even did a follow-up call to make sure we were happy our new replacements.
Now...his installation crew Joey and Justin was awesome from start to finish! They called prior to arrival and was on time! Also very respectful to our family and home as well! These guys are very professional! They did the replacements flawlessly with no damages in a timely fashion. They cleaned up afterwards like they were never there! They showed us all the features and how to properly operate our new windows and patio door. These guys are the real deal! We are locked in with PREFERRED UPGRADES 10/10!

Ray is just fantastic - very easy to work with and great communication. We had our sliding glass door replaced along with all the back windows on our home. The difference is just amazing. I didn't realize that not only would the windows look better (obviously) than our old builder-grade windows which were permanently stained after 20 years, but the noise and heat reduction were immediately noticeable! We got a GREAT product at a very competitive price - and the installers were very nice and knowledgeable too! HIGHLY recommend Ray and his crew. When we get more windows done we will be calling Ray again.
