Very happy with my decision of going with First Hurricane Shutters.
Making an appointment was easy. The sales person was attentive and understood the color I wanted my shutters to be.
Communication with the office was fluent and informative. Payment was done by deposit and final payment on the day of installation. The time frame for production and installation was right on target.
Installation was done professionally, with no damage to my house. And the best surprise was we can actually close the shutters if we want to.
The day after installation, we received the Warranty for the shutters.

Both working groups are professional, efficient, polite, and respectful. We were impressed with how they improvised around the fake stone along the front doorway. Love our shutters!

We ordered decorative Bahama shutters for three windows and what a difference they make in the “curb appeal” of our house. We did a lot of research prior to deciding on First Coast and it certainly paid off. The quality of these shutters simply can not be matched, we did find less expensive options but could tell immediately that the quality was not even close. The folks at First Coast are professional and knowledgeable. This is a pretty long process like 12 to 15 weeks, but each time I reached out they were very responsive and kept me informed on the progress. The installation crew was excellent. I would highly recommend First Coast Hurricane Shutters.

FCHS is a company of pure quality. They have a very professional staff and customer service is amazing. Lead times are worth the wait and without a doubt, they do the job right the first time.

Installation team was highly professional and respectful. They did cause minor cosmetic damage during my installation (expected with this type of job) however, doubled their effort to fix the issue instantly.

As for the product, it is incredible. A tremendous value for my home and will be for your home. Hurricane season will never be a major concern of mine again.

I had shutters installed across the back of my screen room, which faces a small pond. The result is beautiful, and gives me protection against hurricane force winds, should the need arise. Their crew members were polite and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company for shutter construction and installation.
