We just completed construction on a new pool and cage through Pools By Design and all I can say is that we are absolutely thrilled with the result. The first day I walked into their office and met with their pool designer Nate, I had a good feeling about the company. Nate spent a ton of time helping me to flesh out the design of the pool. After our initial meeting, we continued to go back and forth for several weeks as we fine-tuned what we wanted and made a few changes to get the pool within our desired budget. Nate was super-responsive and patient and updated documents and drawings with each change. When construction time finally began, the process was flawless. This is the largest home improvement project my wife and I have ever done so we were praying we had selected the right vendor. The owner Jerry told us it would take 8 to 10 weeks, and after 8 weeks of watching different teams of meticulous craftsmen, we finally dropped a hose in the pool and filled it up. I am pretty fussy when it comes to projects like this and yet I couldn't find a single fault in any of the workmanship. The end result is a pool and lanai that was even more beautiful than what we expected. My neighbor just commented yesterday at how beautiful it was and now he is going to reach out to PBD when he starts the process for his own pool next year. In short, we received an outstanding product for a very fair price and we dealt with a team of true professionals that made the entire experience a positive one. Shout out to Kristi in the office as well who handles all of the client communication once the contract has been signed!

Responsive. Did exactly what they promised with honest pricing. No nonsense. And as a bonus, they dealt with changes and special request without any hassle whatsoever.

The pool turned out great. No issues as of yet, but I definitely feel they will answer the phone and take care of things if we run into any problems in the future.

My only regret is that we could not hire their maintenance team led by Taylor to continue servicing the pool because they were too busy. Given how good this firm is overall, I understand why.

Building a Pool is a stressful undertaking - everyone you meet in Florida is a so-called "Pool Contractor."

Jerry and his team at Pools by Design take much of the stress out of the equation. Jerry and his son Jake are Engineers, they know what they are doing. Every phase was consistent from contract signing to the final Installation, we were filling our pool in approximately 90 days. All the Subs that worked on our installation have been with Jerry for 10 plus years and were excellent.

Jerry, Connie, Kristi and Nate were always available and responsive to any question or issue that arose.

We can't be happier with our experience with Jerry and his team at Pools by Design. We LOVE our pool!
