Platinum Pools is a very responsive company! Our builder suggested a pool company to service the house, that company did not work out. We ended up with a green pool. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We chose Platinum Pools SRQ to resurface our 24-year-old pool after comparing to several other local companies and we're so glad we did! They are a local, family-owned company with deep roots in Sarasota. We were immediately impressed that a very friendly person (Emily) actually answered the phone and got us scheduled for a visit to provide a quote.
Phil, the owner came out and worked with us to provide creative options for what we wanted, which involved: converting to salt water pool, adding a waterfall feature, new lighting and options for updating our deck, He was so knowledgeable and consultative in his approach!
Like any project, it was not without its challenges, but the difference was their responsiveness and concern for making sure we were happy. All the subs were skilled, did their work and cleaned up. Phil uses amazing craftsmen!
