I had a great experience working with the entire Coast to Coast staff from beginning to end. Larry was very helpful with the design, Ryan communicated the steps and was there throughout the process. All of the contractors were prompt and completed their steps in a very timely manner. We are very happy with the end product and would highly recommend working with Coast to Coast on a new pool.
Purchased a new home that had a pool installed by Coast to Coast. They could not have been more professional or helpful. Mackenzie in the office was pleasant and accommodating and Jody was out to my pool three times including a "pool school" and he was AMAZING. Excellent instruction and made sure we understood everything. I will absolutely work with Jody again!
We are very happy with Coast to Coast. TJ did a great job with the design we had in mind. Richard was very helpful throughout the process answering all my questions. Customer service was great and the pool was done quickly and efficiently. A few weeks after using the pool the safety fence broke and they sent someone to repair it right away. Highly recommend
Because of their shabby work done when they installed my pool only 3 1/2 years ago it cost me $4000 in repairs this month. If you knocked on the tiles, they would be hollow behind them and water was seeping in underneath the tiles and washing away the sand for my pavers. I called the office five times to speak to management and they never called me back over a month period of time they still haven’t called me back and now it’s two months. Horrible service and will never recommend them. see pictures below
If I was able to put ten stars, I would! This the best pool contractor and maintenance company I have ever worked with. They recently remodeled my pool. It is beautiful! The work was done very efficiently. The whole team at the work site was super professional. The price was very fair. Since the remodel, I have switched to their pool maintenance division. I am happy with the work. Now, my highest compliments regarding professionalism, kindness, and customer service go to Ms. Kathy and Ms. McKenzie. The boss, Mr. Pointer, was involved and very nice. He showed genuine interest in the project.
