Not even a year in and the concrete is failing and falling apart. Rust and water is leaking through our waterfall and plumbing by the pool equipment is leaking. Still under warranty and mission Pools refuses to respond to emails, calls or text messages.
Very happy with the outcome of my pool spa! Went with a completely different design than most at the recommendation of mission pools. We put the hot tub along the center of the pool against my covered lanai where we entertain and I’m so happy I listened! Upgraded to an 8’x8’ spa and would never go any smaller now
I could not be more happier with my beautiful pool. I had a specific design in mind and they were able to take my ideas and build it above and beyond what I expected. They built another 26 pools in my neighborhood and we are all so thankful and happy. Highly recommend. Great staff and great support.
