We could not be happier with our pool and hot tub. From our first meeting with Jacqueline we felt we made the right choice. Mike's team were professional and kept the area very clean during the build which is important when living in an HOA. If we had questions they were answered promptly. Jacqueline even came bearing a special gift on her final walk through. You will not be disappointed with Design Concepts.

Construction went so smoothly. Mike kept us well informed throughout the process. The construction crews were absolute rock stars. Design Concepts was amazing to work with from the initial meeting through the finished product. We loved that they have their own crews and don’t have to depend on subcontractors. Because of this they were able to finish our pool exactly when promised in 12 weeks. They are priced fairly and build an excellent product. All of their employees were professional and easy to work with. Communication was consistent with the crews always showing up on the day and time expected. We are so pleased with our new pool and our choice to have Design Concepts as our contractor.
Design Concepts and Construction was definitely the way to go with this project. From start to finish everyone from the office to the workers were kind and courteous.
