We love our pool!! We had such a great experience with sunset from the first meeting with Rob (amazing) he sent us a 3D drawing of our dream pool and Max made it happen. The pool was done timely and every time I had a question or concern Max responded quickly. I would recommend sunset a 1000%!

** update I have had my pool for now 5 months and I was having a issue with the pool electric system not communicating and Jason came out and helped fix the problem and also showed me how to prevent it from happening I just love how response everyone is!**

Update after install: A couple snags with pool equipment location but Sunset made it right. Big thanks to Max, Jason, and Rob for being on top of things. These guys are real professionals.
Still don’t appreciate having to hire externally for the gas work.

Great process from quoting to completion and all throughout. Rob our designer gave us a fair price, was patient with us, helped us through the permitting process, and was a great resource throughout. Cathy in the office gave us a detailed schedule and kept us updated with changes. Max the supervisor kept an eye on progress and checked on any potential issues. We’ve had a few projects at the houses. The pool was the biggest by far and went smoother than all of our other projects, they definitely are a well oiled and coordinated machine.

Impeccable craftsmanship at a reasonable price! Rob helped us design our dream pool with top quality materials. Cathy kept us updated on the timeline. Max and his crew ensured every step was completed expertly in the time frame we were promised. We could not be happier with our Sunset pool.
We had estimates from three other pool companies and Sunset had the best materials and design for a similar price to the inferior pools. We financed through Lyon Financial and our monthly payments are similar to a modest car payment.

Another updated review for sunset pools our pool is now 3 1/2 years old. We thought we had a calibration problem with the salt chlorinator. Jason and cody came out within a couple days to check it out. They recalibrated the salt chlorinator. No issues. Top notch knowledgeable techs. Answered all of our questions and then some. As always sunset pools continues to be a top notch company. So glad we used sunset pools to install our new pool. Highly reccomend this company.

Updated review for Sunset Pools. We needed repair of the salt generator on our Sunswt pool. Again Sunset pools stands behind their pools. Jason that works for sunset is the best. When we saw him pull up as scheduled we again knew we were in good hands. It’s good to know when you deal with a quality reputable company you trust they will always do a great job. Thanks to Sunset. Recently we installed a raised in ground pool using sunset pools. We hadn’t had a pool for many years. They met all our expectations and more. Communication has been excellent and provided exactly what we paid for. All sunset pool workers did an excellent job. They are a top notch company to work with from beginning to end. Updated review 3/25. This company stands behind their pools. We had an issue with a timer after was just out of warranty and they came out and replaced the timer. No charge. Cathy is excellent to work with and so is the warranty staff. Can’t say enough positive about this company. Would be at the top of my list if we ever move and build another pool.
