Daniel and crew were incredible. The design, installation, permits and aesthetics were easily explained and the end result (having to work within a tight space) was amazing. The license for this company is held by Eben Miller. Terance Farrell is a registered agent under this contractors license. Mr. Farrell signed a contract with me as "Goliath CPS, LLC DBA Cape Coral Pool Builders, LLC". Mr Farrell took my deposit and in the following nine months, never filed for a permit to build my pool. I contacted him repeatedly and he repeatedly said he had filed the permit. Mr. Farrell took my money and did not make any progress toward building my pool.

I would not do business with either of these gentlemen or their businesses.

FOLLOW-UP 1/25/26:
For further clarification on the "response from the owner", I signed a contract with "Goliath CPS, LLC DBA Cape Coral Pool Builders, LLC" on April 1, 2025 and continued to have contact with Mr. Farrell operating under that name through November, 2025. As of January 25, 2026, the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation lists Eben Miller as the owner of Cape Coral Pool Builders, LLC (DBA Name). This ownership has not changed at any time in 2025 and lists the licensure date as 3/14/2023.

Mr. Miller continues to have a license CGC1533694 which continues to list Mr. Farrell as a "Primary Qualifying Agent for Business".

Finally, I sent Mr. Miller a certified letter in November 2025 to the addressed listed by the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation and tried to contact Mr. Miller by phone. The certified letter was returned as unable to be delivered.

Danial and his team demonstrated their expertise by crafting a design that fulfilled all my desires within the confines of the small space available. To my surprise, they even proposed a couple of innovative ideas that hadn't crossed my mind. From handling city approvals to securing permits, they handled all the necessary bureaucratic tasks. Once construction commenced, they provided a timeline and successfully adhered to it. The caliber of their work speaks volumes; every aspect of their craftsmanship is executed with precision and boasts high quality. They managed my entire backyard pool project from start to finish without any hassle on my part. Their ability to consolidate tasks is another asset. Working with them meant I didn't have to juggle multiple contractors. Their pool specialist, impressed me with his extensive knowledge and experience. He skillfully implemented all the intricate features and details that I envisioned for the pool. After completing this project, I've decided to exclusively engage Cape Coral Pool Builders for my future endeavors.
