Infinity was great to work with as we built our pool. Very attentive to the details and quick to resolve our questions!
Greg was fabulous. He was very responsive and available to work out any questions or issues that we encountered. Susan was fantastic as our point person in the office and made the process very smooth and verv quick to respond to our questions. As a final note we are thrilled with the end product of our beautiful pool.

We needed a pool handrail installed after the fact, and in calling pool companies, I called Infiniti Pools by mistake and happened to ask if by chance they would do a pool handle. Sure enough they would, Greg came out within a couple days and explained everything and all the work was done wuickly and within about two days. Greg did a fantastic job, everything was installed to our liking, it’s sturdy and his work was clean and tidy so very good company to help us with that. Susan in the office was great to work with, very accommodating and polite.

What a terrible experience. If I could give less than one star, I would. It started the beginning of October of 2024. After months and months and multiple attempts, they were not even able to get HOA approval let alone install a pool. After the 5th attempt on May 5th 2025, we decided it was time to separate ways. It took 99 days for them to respond. We had to hire an attorney to send them a letter which took them one month to respond to the attorney. I truly believe the only reason they responded was one day prior a negative review to the Better Business Bureau was submitted. We are out $10,400 and their response was "the contract states you have 3 days to back out from the time of signing" and they claimed they had over $11,000 in damages from this. Not a way to treat people or do business.
