OMG what the heck with this company... I called to let them know that my brand new window has condensation on the inside " Oh this is normal" Really. I called CGIA the manufacturer of the window and they said no way, call the company and have them send in your warranty work. So I called them and nothing as usual.

FAST forward to today 12/01/2025
Called the office at 8:30am asked for some patience and someone would get back to me within the hour .Joke It is now 4 hours later no call no email NOTHING .
The quotes from the Bible they put on there website means nothing to them they have lied , deceived, and done nothing to correct my problems ,
RUN IF YOU CAN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING My next step is hiring an attorney

So my story continues What a mistake choosing this company to install my windows.
Finally got the fire rated kitchen window installed and low and behold it came with no screen, (what the heck did no one check the box when it arrived at the warehouse.) So October 13th it was installed I cannot open the window due to the tightness, the caulking is cracked on the inside and again no screen.
The inspector came out on the 16th of October and failed the inspection. Today is the 22nd of October and I have NOT Heard one word from anyone from Ikon Windows and Doors again who claim they are a Christian Company what a joke. If I could put a negative number in from of this review it would be NEGATIVE 10

Once again this company is not what it seems. So to continue my first negative review, here is the icing on the cake. I have been waiting for a fire rated window to be installed since they received it on or about September 22, the first appointment had to be cancelled due to rain, but today finally got the install. Again the installer was great no complaints about him he gets a 10 star review from me, am I happy absolutely NOT you would think that the company would have check the box to make sure all parts were in the package OH NO not only do I not have a screen for the window I cannot even open the window and the installer had a hard time opening and closing the window, The project manager was called and no response up to the time the installer left at 1:30.
This company calls themselves a Christian Company, Really I find that hard to believe .
DO NOT use this company for windows find someone who answers phone calls not only from customers but from their own installers
I would stick with my first review as a Negative 1

Update: October 28
So now the company is telling me that the fire rated window was not ordered with a screen, really My contract has a screen in it I just don't understand why you are going around in circles with me, My contract clearly stated screen If you would have checked the package when it arrived at your warehouse we would not be in this situation. Making me a screen seriously . Again you call yourself a Christian company than stop and think about how you are stringing me along .

I cannot recommend this company due to terrible communication and follow through which began with the sales process and continues through the installation process. I could provide details but suffice it to say that pretty much every step of the way has been problematic and fraught with communication problems. I have been dealing with them since February and have a door 99% finished. I waited 5-6 weeks for someone to come out a couple a couple of weeks ago to finish it but they showed up without the right materials so could not finish it. Since then I have placed more than a half dozen calls to reschedule and no one will return my call. It seems once they get your money they forget about you.
