Lee was very easy to work with. He was timely and responsive with emails, payment requests, installation and inspection. We bough the retractable hurricane screens. When he came for the install, the screens were clearly labeled and bagged for easy storage. As far as workmanship, I asked the city inspector about the job. He said that many installers skip a step, but EZ Up Exteriors was very thorough, even adding the epoxy to ensure the screws don't come out. I trust the inspector since he has seen many different workmanship styles. I haven't used the shutters yet as there hasn't been a hurricane (and hopefully won't be in the next season) but they look very easy to put up. Lee explained how to put them up, and I feel confident that I can follow his instructions. Overall, wonderful company to work with.

We had a really good experience with Lee and EZ Up. We had hurricane roller shutters installed. We chose the option with wifi support. This does work with a third-party app, but unfortunately the Google Home integration doesn't work. I am working with the app's support team to find a solution.
Lee delivered everything as promised and worked around my schedule, causing him about a 1 month delay. The delivery and installation time estimates he quoted were spot on. The final product (motorized hurricane rated lanai curtains) are beautiful and functional. The final product exceeds my expectations.
